PAYMENT
In order to book your accommodation, and in order to benefit from the special rates, please complete the on-line accommodation form or download the form and return by fax or email, together with a one-night deposit and full payment for optional pre-meeting tour.
The balance is payable (less deposit) upon your arrival at the Hospitality Desk with a 3% surcharge. If full payment is made together with reservation (or at least one month prior to arrival) there will be no surcharge.

- Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
- Target Conferences does not arrange sharing accommodation.
- All tours are booked and all tour arrangements are made on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN BEN-GURION INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND MEETING HOTELS
Taxi Service – The cost for a one-way trip is approximately US$75, depending on time of day and number of pieces of luggage. The trip should take approximately 45 minutes to the official meeting hotels. It is advised to take a taxi from the official taxi queue located outside of the arrivals hall at Ben-Gurion Airport and ask your driver the exact fare before entering the taxi. Make sure to tell your driver you will need a receipt.
Nesher shared transfer service is available from Ben-Gurion Airport to hotels in Jerusalem. There may be a waiting time as the driver only departs when there are 10 passengers. Rate per person: NIS 50 – approximately US$13-14. There is a “Nesher” information desk at the airport, located outside of the arrivals hall (terminal 3). There is no need for pre-booking this transfer service. Upon boarding, please advise the driver of which hotel you need to be dropped-off at. Please note above rate is subject to change.
Self-parking is available at the Dan Panorama Hotel (free of charge and only for hotel guests) and at the Prima Royale Hotel (free of charge and only for hotel guests, but there are a very limited amount of spaces available).
